Overland PC is a tactical survival strategy. The production was developed by the Finnish studio, and the main designer was Adam Saltsman, who created such hits as Canabalt or Hundreds.

Game Overland PC begins in the near future, when the near-undefined cataclysm led the entire continent of North America to complete destruction. Players include a commanding team of constantly changing group of survivors who are trying to drive a full-blown journey. The game emphasizes the survival aspects. We have to make tough decisions all the time and deal with constant failures in fuel, stocks and ammunition.

The most dangerous are the monstrous monsters that hunt for their victims using mainly hearing. Overland PC is all set in a turn-based system – the game takes the form of a series of events, played on small boards. Covered with a grid of squares. Each of them has the ability to issue commands such as movement, firing fire and rest, searching for locations and fighting monsters. There is a certain time between the events we get to interludes, which are used to decide on the further route of the trip. The journey, battle maps, and clashes are randomly generated, so we can run multiple campaigns each time we receive new adventures and challenges.
