Empire of Sin is a strategy set in the Prohibition era. The project was developed by Doom series.

Empire of Sin PC – Review Game:

The action takes place in the 1920s. in the city of Chicago. The player takes on the boss of a small criminal organization and his goal is to transform it into a powerful mafia and take control of the entire underworld of the metropolis.

In Empire of Sin PC , the play begins with a small gang engaged in activities such as extorting money from trade unions, gambling, and the illegal alcohol trade. Over time, our organization will grow. We will take over the territories of other gangs and expand criminal activity into new businesses. Virtual Chicago is inhabited by many colorful characters, and the player has considerable freedom to interact with them, including m.in. seduction, bribery, intimidation or, as a last resort, murder. We also have to bribe police officers, make and break covenants, and trade on the black market.

As a game set in the Prohibition era befits, the production and sale of alcohol plays a key role. We can choose between different types of drinks divided according to quality and price. There is also the option of dealing with other criminal groups. Not only does this provide an opportunity to make extra money, but it also allows you to sabotage competing businesses by selling them poisoned alcohol. If our warehouses start to glow empty, we can always buy liquor on the black market or try to smuggle it out of Canada, but both are very expensive.

Although our activity is criminal, it is also a business. So we need to balance expenses and revenues properly so that our organisation does not lose liquidity. The gameplay is not limited to the economic side. The management of the criminal empire is characterized by turn-based clashes, during which we take command of a team of trusted subordinates. Our gangsters have different personalities and specializations, so we need to make sure that the squad work well together.
